Roofing services
What we do, and when each one is the right answer.
Replacement, repair, storm damage, inspection and emergency tarping across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Every one of them starts with a free inspection and a written estimate, because guessing is how homeowners overpay.
The five things we do

Active leak or storm damage in Dallas-Fort Worth? Emergency tarping stops interior damage spreading. Call — do not wait on a form.

Most homeowners arrive certain they need a replacement, and a good share of them do not. The honest order is this.
Start with an inspection. It is free, it takes about thirty minutes, and it is the only thing that answers the question. Everything below is a decision that depends on what the inspection finds, so guessing first just narrows your options for no reason.
If water is coming in right now, skip the form and call. Emergency tarping stops the loss growing into drywall, insulation and flooring while you wait for an appointment — and most policies expect you to take that step.
Repair is right when the problem is concentrated: a split pipe boot, lifted flashing, a handful of blown shingles, a branch strike. These are cheap fixes that buy real years, and a contractor who insists on replacement for any of them is selling rather than diagnosing.
Replacement is right when the damage is spread across slopes, when the shingle has gone brittle, when there are multiple layers, or when the roof is past about eighteen years and repair money has become rent.
Storm damage sits across all of them. What decides that one is not the roof so much as the documentation — dated photographs and an itemised estimate are what a carrier responds to, and a phone call describing a bad roof is not.
What any of it costs
Nothing, to find out. The inspection and the written estimate are free and carry no obligation, because the roofing contractor pays us rather than you.
Beyond that: small repairs typically run a few hundred dollars, and full replacements in DFW mostly land between about $9,000 and $25,000 depending on square count, pitch and what turns up under the old material. When storm damage is approved on a claim, the homeowner generally pays their deductible rather than the full figure. Both are covered properly in our guides to what a roof costs in Texas and when insurance pays for it.
